Lolade is an R&D and formulation leader with 20+ years of experience in cosmetics and personal care product development. She has led the development of hundreds of products across skincare, haircare, personal care, colour cosmetics and wipes for leading national and international brands.

Her expertise includes formulation and process development, scale-up, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, cost optimisation, packaging and innovation strategy. She combines technical expertise with a strong commercial and process-improvement mindset.
